As of today, French bistro Vin de Set (2017 Chouteau Avenue) is open for lunch. Service hours are 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Tue.-Fri. According to the press release I have here, the menu will include smaller portions of the restaurant's dinner dishes as well as sandwiches and salads.
