Yelp uses a methodology in order to rank their burgers – here’s what they had to say: "This is an all-time list of the restaurants with burgers in St. Louis according to Yelp. We identified businesses in the restaurant category that mentioned 'burger' in reviews and are not part of a national chain, then ranked those spots using a number of factors including the total volume and ratings of reviews. We only included businesses with multiple locations on the list once."
